DAYS 3 to 7 OF 21 DAY REFLECTION CHALLENGE
Here are Days 3 to 7 of the 21-Day Refection Challenge:
Day 3 – What decisions did you make that were a Hell Yes? When in the past year did you do things that were easy to say YES to?
Day 4 – What did you say No to? Check out this great article on how to say no and ask yourself if you did a good job of saying no to others or opportunities in order to say yes to yourself.
Day 5 – Who was truly there for you? Did you spend time in unfulfilling situations, people who don’t respect you, or people who don’t appreciate you?
Look through your phone book, email account, and social media, and see who was really there for you this year. What did they do, and how well did they show up for you?
Day 6 – Who inspired you?
Did you attend any cool events where you heard amazing speakers, read the stories or insights of a great author, or have an informational interview with someone over tea?
Day 7 – Which friends do you have to let go of?
Every year, around the end of the year, I take time to “prune my friendship tree”. After looking through my phone, journal, and email list, I think about who was really there for me this year and whom I really connect with. Sometimes, we end up staying in friendships due to inertia or our history together. This can be okay. But if there comes a point where the friendship is no longer compatible, then it might be time to part ways and pursue our own journeys. Everything is temporary in this life, so letting go with gratitude can sometimes be better then trying to mend an already strained situation that isn’t working for you.

A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT…
Last year a few friends of mine gathered in a beautiful chalet in nature, 3 hours away from Toronto, to reflect and grow together. We called it Supernacular Weekend. Today, I’m so excited to announce that we’re hosting the 2nd annual version, and it will be bigger and better.
Supernacular Weekend – Leap Forward edition is a gathering to bring great people together to reflect, set goals, and gain support to make 2016 their best year yet. It is taking place January 15-17, 2016 at an outdoor education center. We intentionally limit the spots to make the event an intimate co-created experience.
Join us for a weekend of festivities, renewal, and adventure.
